Recipe - Curried Chicken Dip

Ingredients:
Curried Chicken Dip recipe makes 6 Servings
1 cn (5oz) boned chicken
1 cn (3oz) chopped mushrooms;
drained
1 ct Sour cream
3 teaspoon Curry powder
One half cup Finely chopped cashew nuts
Combine in blender all ingredients except nuts. Switching blender off and
on, blend mixture until smooth. At serving time, stir in nuts. Serve with
crisp relishes, assorted crackers or chips.
