12 ounce Deli roast beef; cut or sliced up 1/4
inch thick
1 lg Apple; cut into One half inch
pieces
2 small Peaches; into into 1/2
inch pieces
Three fourths cup Chopped celery
1 Green onion; cut or sliced up
1 cup Nonfat plain yogurt
1 One half tablespoon Chopped chutney
1 teaspoon Curry powder
Boston or leaf lettuce
2 tablespoon Slivered almonds

Stack beef slices; cut lengthwise in half, then crosswise into 1 One half inch
wide strips. In large bowl, combine beef, apple, nectarines, celery, and
green onions.
In small bowl combine yogurt, chutney and curry powder until well blended.
Add to beef mixture and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least one
hour.
To serve, arrange lettuce on serving platter; top with beef mixture.
Sprinkle with almonds. Serves 4.
