4 md Potatoes
One fourth cup Butter or margarine
1 Clove garlic
1/3 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
2 Green onions; cut or sliced up
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Peel, core and slice potatoes to create long
spirals. Slice "cores" into 1/4inch rounds. Place in shallow 2quart
baking dish. Melt butter with garlic. Drizzle mixture over potatoes.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and onions. Bake for 3545 minutes or until
potatoes are lightly browned and tender.
