Cumquat Sauce recipe makes 2 Servings
12 Cumquats
1 One half cup Orangejuice
1 One half ounce Sugar
1. Wash and slice cumquats into fine, thin slices; add
the orangejuice
and the sugar and cook for about 10 minutes. 2. Let
cool and serve with mousse au chocolat
