Recipe - Cucumbers In Sour Cream With Fresh Dill

2 Cucumbers*, cut or sliced up
1 cup Onion Rings, thin cut or sliced up
1 tablespoon Cider Vinegar
1 tablespoon Water
One half teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
One fourth cup Sour Cream
2 tablespoon Fresh Dill, finely chopped
Marinate cucumber slices and onion rings in vinegar, water, sat and pepper
in the refrigerator. Drain after a few hours. Mix cucumbers and onions with
sour cream and dill. Serve as a salad or appetizer.
Serves 4 to 6
