Recipe - Cucumbers In Sour Cream

Ingredients:
Cucumbers In Sour Cream recipe makes 1 Servings
4 Cucumbers
2 tablespoon Salt
1 One half cup Sour cream
1 tablespoon Sugar
3 tablespoon Vinegar
One half teaspoon Black pepper
1 tablespoon Chives
Slice the cucumbers thin. Sprinkle with the salt and let stand in a bowl
for 2 hours. Rinse in cold water and squeeze out the moisture. Mix the
rest of the ingredients and fold in the cucumbers into the sauce. Chill.
