Recipe - Cucumbers In Dill

4 Cucumbers
1 cup Boiling water
Three fourths cup Sour cream
One fourth cup Lemon juice
3 tablespoon Fresh dill
1 One half teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
1 teaspoon Sugar

peel the cucumbers and slice very thin. pour the boiling water over them
and let stand for 5 minutes. Drain and plunge into ice water; drain again.
mix together the sour cream, lemon juice, dill, salt, pepper and sugar.
pour over the cucumbers tossing until well mixed. chill 30 minutes before
