Recipe - Cucumbers In Cream Sauce

4 md Cucumbers; Peel And Thinly
Sliced
1 md Onion; Sliced
2 teaspoon Salt
Cream Sauce
One half cup Whipping Cream; Not Whipped
2 tablespoon Vinegar
One fourth teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
In a large bowl, combine cucumbers, onion, and salt. Let stand at room
temperature about 1 hour. Drain well. Combine ingredients for cream sauce,
add to cucumber/onion mixture, and stir. Chill several hours before
serving. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
