1 md Cucumber
1 cup Yogurt
1 teaspoon Sugar
One fourth cup Chopped scallions
One fourth teaspoon Cumin
One half cup Peeled, seeded, cubed tomato
1. Peel cucumber. Cut lengthwise in half and scrape out center seeds 2. Cut
cucumber into 1 One half inch lengths. Cut into coarse shreds with a hand grater
or food processor. There should be about 1 One half cups. 3. Combine yogurt,
cucumber and remaining ingredients. Refrigerate and allow flavors to blend
