Recipe - Cucumber Sauce For Gyros

10 Cucumbers(peeled)
1 Small Yellow Onion
5 pound Sour Cream
2 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Black Pepper
2 tablespoon Parsley Flake
3 tablespoon Dill Weed

Peel and finely dice the cucumbers. Dice the onion the same size. Mix with
the rest of the ingredients. Taste and let set overnight. Taste again and
make any neccessary adjustments.

Serve with gyros.
