Cucumber Sauce For Fish recipe makes 1 Servings
2 md Cucumbers
3 tablespoon White distilled vinegar
1 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon White pepper
Pare or grate or chop cucumbers (grating is really better). Mix with
vinegar & seasonings & pack into a covered container. Refrigerate. Makes
about 1 pint.
