Recipe - Cucumber Sauce

1 lg Cucumber
2 Scallions or 1 small onion
1 Lemon
One half pt Sour cream
One half cup Mayonnaise
Salt and white pepper

Cut up cucumber in small cubes. Crisp in crushed ice until ready to use.
Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, juice of 1 lemon, salt and pepper to taste.
Add chopped onion. When ready to serve, drain and dry cucumber, pour on
sauce and refrigerate. Delicious served on cold lobster, crabmeat or
shrimp.
