Recipe - Cucumber Rye Surprises Pk

1 Loaf slice rye bread
One fourth pound Butter; softened
2 Cucumbers; cut or sliced up 1/8" thick
Mayonnaise
Pimientostuffed olives;
cut or sliced up

Using a 2" cookie cutter cut rounds from the slices of rye bread. Spread
each with butter; top with a slice of cucumber, a dab of mayonnaise and a
slice of olive. Yield: 28 appetizers
