Recipe - Cucumber Dill Sauce

1 pt Or sour cream
1 md Cucumber chopped in to tiny
pieces
2/3 cup Mayo (I use Hellman's)
3 Heaping Tablespoons of dry
or fresh dill
2 tablespoon Parsley
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
2 teaspoon Worcestshire sauce (or to
taste)

mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for a few hours. Serve with
cold salmon or add One fourth of a cup of milk and make a delicious dressing. This
recipe can be made with lite or no fat ingredients.
