Recipe - Cucumber Butter

Ingredients:
Cucumber Butter recipe makes 4 Servings
1 md Cucumber, peeled, seeded &
Sliced
One half cup Butter
2 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoon Dill weed
1 teaspoon Grated onion
One fourth teaspoon Salt
4 dr Tabasco sauce
Place cucumber in blender; blend until smooth. Whip butter until
light & fluffy in mixing bowl; gradually beat in cucumber, continuing
to beat until combined & smooth. Blend in lemon juice, dill weed,
onion, salt & Tabasco. Serve at room temperature with fried yellow
perch.
