Recipe - Crystallized Orange Pecans

1 cup Sugar
One fourth cup Orange juice
One half teaspoon Grated orange peel; (or to
taste)
One fourth teaspoon Ground cinnamon
2 cup Pecan halves

Combine first 4 ingredients in a 2 One half quart microwavesafe bowl. Mix in
pecans. Cook at medium power for six minutes. Stir well Cook at medium
power for an additional 810 minutes or until crystallized, stirring
several times. Spread and separate nuts on a waxed paper covered cookie
sheet.
