2 cn (20 ounce each) chunk
pineapple, drained
1 cn (15 oz) crushed pineapple
with its juice
1 pound Cooked chicken, cubed
6 lg Stalks of celery, chopped
Three fourths cup Dark raisins
Three fourths cup Golden raisins
One half cup Mango chutney, chopped
1 1/3 cup Chopped almonds
One half teaspoon Ground nutmeg
One half teaspoon Salt (or more)
One half teaspoon Ground black pepper
Three fourths cup Mayo
Mix everything together. This is even better the next day. :)
