in a saucepan steam potatoes, covered , for 810 min, or 'til just tender
in a heavy frypan cook garlic & oil over moderate heat, stirring 'til pale
golden add potatoes, salt & pepper & rosemary fry over a moderate heat,
stirring for 5 min or 'til potatoes are golden
