Recipe - Crusty Blueberry Cobbler

Ingredients:

3 cup Fresh blueberries
2 teaspoon Lemon juice
One half teaspoon Vanilla extract
1 One half cup Bisquick baking mix
Three fourths cup Sugar
One half teaspoon Ground cinnamon
One fourth teaspoon Ground nutmeg
One fourth cup Butter; for dotting

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, toss together the
blueberries, lemon juice and vanilla. Spoon mixture into a buttered 8 inch
square baking pan. In a medium sized bowl, combine the bisquick, sugar,
cinnamon and nutmeg. Sprinkle over the blueberry mixture, then dot with the
butter. Bake for 45 to 55 minutes, or until just crispy.

NOTES : This is mouthwatering just as is or you can serve it with whipped
cream, whipped topping or ice cream.
