4 Fatfree flour tortillas
4 Lettuce leaves; curly leaf
1 cup Alfalfa sprouts
1 cup Shredded cabbage; red
One half cup Chopped tomato
One fourth cup Crumbled blue cheese
2 tablespoon Chopped onions
Top each tortilla with a lettuce leaf. Divide sprouts and remaining
ingredients evenly among tortillas and roll up.

Carbohydrate; 6mg Cholesterol; 410mg Sodium
