Ingredients:
Crunchy Vegetable Salad recipe makes 10 Servings
2 cup Cauliflowerets
2 cup Broccoli florets
2 Carrots, thinly cut or sliced up
1 small Zucchini, cut or sliced up
1 small Red onion, cut or sliced up
1 To 1One half cups Italian salad
dressing
Combine vegetables in a large mixing bowl. Pour salad dressing over and
toss to coat evenly. Refrigerate until serving time.
Yield: 46 servings.
