Recipe - Crunchy Vegetable Burrito Banditos

One half cup Shredded carrots
One half cup Chopped broccoli
One half cup Chopped cauliflower
2 Green onions;, thinly cut or sliced up
4 ounce Shredded lowfat Cheddar
cheese
One fourth cup Nonfat ranch salad dressing
One half teaspoon Chili powder
4 Flour; (7inch) tortillas
1 cup Torn iceberg lettuce;,
bitesize pieces
In a mixing bowl, combine carrots, broccoli, cauliflower and onions with
cheese, dressing, and chili powder. Lay tortillas flat on the counter and
spoon about One half cup vegetable mixture and One fourth cup of lettuce down the
center. Wrap each tortilla around the vegetable mixture.
