Recipe - Crunchy Salad

One half cup Toasted Sunflower Seeds
One half cup Toasted Nuts Of Your Choice,
OR
1 cup Small Shrimp
2 tablespoon Wheat Germ
1 teaspoon Dried Parsley
2 One half cup Shredded Lettuce
1 cup Mild Cheese, minced
One half cup Bean Sprouts
1 cup Cucumber, minced
2 tablespoon Bacon, crumbled
Mix seeds, nuts, wheat germ and parsley. Combine with remaining ingredients
in medium salad bowl. Divide into two equal parts and serve with the
dressing of your choice.
Serves: 2
