Recipe - Crunchy Pear Delight

Ingredients:

4 Pears; fresh
2 teaspoon Lemon juice
One fourth teaspoon Cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon Ground cloves
1/3 cup Brown sugar
2/3 cup Quickcooking oats
2 tablespoon Melted margarine
2 tablespoon Wholewheat flour

Peel, halve, core and dice the pears. Place them in a shallow, lightly
oiled baking dish (1One half to 2 quarts), or a 8x8inch pan. Sprinkle with
lemon juice. Combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Spread over the
pears.

Bake at 375 degrees (F) for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the pears are tender
and the top is lightly browned. Serve warm or cold, plains or with a
little milk.

315 calories and 7 grams of fat per serving.
