Recipe - Crunchy Oven French Toast

3 Eggs
3 cup Cornflakes cereal
1 cup Half & half
Crushed to make 1 cup
2 tablespoon Sugar
8 French bread slices
1 teaspoon Vanilla
Cut diagonally 3/4" thick
One fourth teaspoon Salt
Fresh strawberries

Grease 15x10" baking pan. In shallow bowl, combine eggs, half & half,
sugar, vanilla and salt; mix well. Place crushed cereal in shallow bowl.
Dip bread slices into egg mix and then bread crumbs. Place in ungreased
pan; cover. Freeze 12 hours until firm. Heat oven to 425~. Bake 1520
minutes or until golden brown, turning once. Serve garnished with fresh
strawberries, strawberry syrup, and whipped topping, if desired.
