Recipe - Crunchy Guacamole Salad

1 Head lettuce
2 Tomatoes; chopped
One half cup Chopped black olives
One fourth cup Chopped onion
One half cup Shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup Small size corn chips
DRESSING
1 Avocado; mashed
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
One half cup Sour cream
1/3 cup Salad oil
One half teaspoon Chili powder
One fourth teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Tabasco
Mix all salad ingredients except corn chips together. For dressing, beat
all ingredients with mixer. Pour over salad which has been prepared. Chill.
Add corn chips. Toss again and serve. Yield: 8 servings.
