Recipe - Crunchy Granlola

3 cup Rolled Oats *
1 cup Coconut * grated
One half cup Wheat Germ *
1 cup Nuts * chopped
1 cup Rolled Wheat
One half cup Sunflower Seeds
One half cup Sesame Seeds
One fourth cup Margarine Or Oil
One fourth teaspoon Salt
Three fourths cup Brown Sugar
1 teaspoon Water
* Basic foundation ingredients; others may be omitted or modified as
desired.
1. Mix the nuts and grains (first 7 items) in a baking pan that is 9 x 13
inches or larger.
2. Mix and heat in a saucepan the margarine, salt, brown sugar and water.
Pour over the grain mixture, blending well.
3. Bake in a 325° preheated oven for about 40 minutes until golden and
crisp. Be careful not to burn.
4. Cool and store in a jar with a tight lid.
