Recipe - Crunchy Chicken Salad

2 cup Cooked chicken; cubed
1 cup Celery; finely chopped
One fourth cup Finely chopped celery leaves
One half cup Seedless green grapes; cut
in half
1/3 cup Slivered almonds; toasted
2 tablespoon Capers
One half cup Mayonnaise (up to 3/4)
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon Ground ginger
Salt and pepper to taste
Best if allowed to chill a few hours.
