Recipe - Crunchy Cheese Ball

1 pack (3 oz) chickenflavored
ramen noodle soup
16 ounce Cream cheese; softened
1 cup Sour cream
One half cup Dryroasted shelled
sunflower seeds
4 Green onions; chopped
1/3 cup Dried parsley flakes
In a food processor, process uncooked noodles, contents of seasoning
packet, and next 4 ingredients till well blended.
Divide mixture in half.
Shape each half into a ball. Roll in Parsley. Wrap in plastic wrap and
refrigerate.
TO SERVE: Let stand at room temperature 20 30 minutes or until softened.
Serve with crackers or bread.
