Recipe - Crunchy Beans With Turnips

3 ounce Turnips; cut or sliced up 1/4inch
thick
3 ounce Lima beans; cooked
2 tablespoon Chives; minced
1 teaspoon Curry
1 teaspoon Soy sauce
One half teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoon Soy oil
1 One half ounce Walnuts; chopped
3 ounce Soybean sprouts
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease 4 x 8 baking pan with soy oil.
Steam turnips. Combinelima beans, chives, curry, soy sauce, salt andsoy oil
in a blender with 2 ounces water. Pureeuntilsmooth. Combine all ingredients
together and mix well. Transfer to baking pan and cook for 15 minutes.
