Recipe - Crowd Chicken Casserole

10 cup Chicken; cooked; minced
10 cup Celery; chopped
2 bn Green onions with tops slice
2 4oz each cans chopped green
Chilies
1 cn 5Three fourths ounce pitted ripe olives
Drained; cut or sliced up
2 cup Slivered almonds
5 cup (20 oz) shredded cheddar
Cheese; DIVIDED
2 cup Mayonnaise
2 cup Sour cream
5 cup Crushed potato chips
Combine the first six ingredients. Add 2 cups cheese. Mix mayonnaise and
sour cream; add to chicken mixture and toss. Spoon into two greased 13x9x1"
baking dishes. Sprinkle with chips. Top with remaining cheese. Bake,
uncovered, at 350 degrees for 2025 minutes or until hot.
