Recipe - Crouton And Sumac Salad

1 small Head lettuce, chopped
1 md Cucumber, peeled and minced
2 md Tomatoes, chopped
One fourth cup Fresh coriander leaves
2 tablespoon Chopped fresh mint
2 Cloves Garlic, crushed
3 tablespoon Sumac
1 teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Pepper
One fourth cup Olive oil
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 cup Plain croutons, or well
bread cubes
Thoroughly mix all ingredients except croutons. Add and serve. SOURCE:
