Recipe - Crockpot Vegetable-Beef Soup

1 pound Beef cubes
1 cn (14 One half oz.) tomatoes
2 Carrots; cut or sliced up
2 Ribs celery; cut or sliced up
2 md Onions; cut or sliced up
2 md Potatoes; minced
One half teaspoon Black pepper
3 Beef bouillon cubes
1 pack (10 oz.) frozen mixed
vegetables
Notes: By Pepper Klitsch, Palmerton. The Times News, PA
Put all the ingredients into crockpot except for the frozen mixed
vegetables. Fill about Three fourths of the way with water. Cover, cook on low 8 to
12 hours. (High 4 to 6 hours.) Add the frozen vegetables during the last 2
hours of cooking. Makes 6 servings.
