Recipe - Crockpot Tomato Sauce

20 x Tomatoes; peeled
1 tablespoon Sugar
One half teaspoon Pepper
5 tablespoon Corn starch
2 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Oregano
1 cn Tomato sauce (12 oz)
Mix all ingredients in crock pot, excluding the corn starch. Cook on high 8
hours. Approximately 1 hour before done, mix corn starch with One half cup water
and add to crock pot mixture. Finish cooking. Cool and put in resealable
