Recipe - Crockpot Green Chili Chicken Stew

5 md Boned and skinned chicken
breast halves, cut in 1"
cubes
1 One fourth teaspoon Ground cumin
1 teaspoon Dried sage
2 lg Onions; chopped
2 Cloves garlic; minced
1 tablespoon Cider vinegar
6 small Red potatoes; quartered
3 lg Poblano peppers seeded and
minced
10 small Tomatillos; husked, chopped
1 One half cup Low sodium chicken broth
One half cup Chopped cilantro
Recipe By: Chicago Tribune (adapted for crockpot)
Combine all ingredients except cilantro in crockpot. Cover and cook on low
setting for 810 hours. Serve garnished with chopped cilantro.
