Recipe - Crockpot Chicken Marengo

2 Whole fryers; cut up
12 Pearl onions
1 pound Mushrooms; cut or sliced up
4 Shallots; chopped
2 Cloves garlic; minced
1 One half teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
2 teaspoon Thyme
5 Sprigs parsley
2 Whole bay leaves; crumbled
One half cup Stuffed olives; cut or sliced up
16 ounce Canned tomatoes
One half cup Dry white wine
Croutons
Place onions in bottom of slow cooker; add chicken and mushrooms. In bowl,
mix all other ingredients except croutons and add to slow cooker. Cook on
low 68 hours, on high 34 hours, or on automatic 5 hours. Serve with
croutons.
