Recipe - Crock Pot Swiss Steak

2 tablespoon Flour
One half teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
1 One half pound Round steak; (up to 2)
1 md Onion; minced
2 tablespoon Butter
1 cn Tomato soup or equivalent
whole tomatoes or stewed
tomatoes
One half cup Water
1 One half teaspoon Vinegar
Combine flour, salt, pepper and pound mixture into steak. Brown steak in
butter and onion. Add tomato soup, water, vinegar and place in crock pot.
Let simmer 3 to 4 hours (is more tender if left all day). Serves 4 to 6.
