Recipe - Crock Pot Peach Butter

Ingredients:
Crock Pot Peach Butter recipe makes 1 Servings
6 cup Unsweetened peaches
3 cup White sugar
1 One half cup Apricot nectar
2 tablespoon Orange or lemon juice
1 teaspoon Vanilla
Put peaches through food mill, blender of food processor. Mix all
ingredients together in crock pot. Cover and bring to a boil on High.
Remove top and keep at boil on High or Low for 4 hours or until thick. Put
in prepared sterilized jars. Refrigerate.
NOTES : Delicious! Makes a little more than two pints.
