3 lg Red Snapper Or Flounder 1
One fourth To 1 One half Lb; cut in 2"
pieces
2 tablespoon Olive Oil Or Melted Butter
1 Clove garlic; minced
1 lg Onion; cut or sliced up
1 Green Pepper; cut in 1"
pieces
1 Zucchini Squash ( Or 2);
unpeeled & cut or sliced up
1 cn (15 oz.) whole tomatoes
One half teaspoon Leaf basil
One half teaspoon Leaf oregano
1 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
One fourth cup Dry White Wine
One half cup Fresh Mushrooms ( To 3/4
Cup); optional
Combine all ingredients in crockpot. Stir gently, but thoroughly. Cover and
cook on High setting for 4 to 6 hours. Makes 6 servings (about 3 quarts).
