Recipe - Crispy Baked Chicken (Hl)

4 Skinless chicken breasts;
approximately 1 One fourth pound
2 cup Corn flakes
1 teaspoon Paprika
1 teaspoon Dried oregano
One fourth teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Black pepper
One fourth cup Lemon juice
2 teaspoon Olive oil
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray baking pan with nonstick cooking
spray. Place corn flakes in a plastic food storage bag. Crush flakes by
squeezing bag between your hands. Add paprika, oregano, salt and pepper.
Dip each chicken breast in lemon juice. Place chicken pieces one at a time
in bag and shake to coat with crumb mixture. Place chicken on baking pan
and sprinkle remaining crumbs on top. Drizzle One half teaspoon olive oil on
each piece. Bake approximately 2025 minutes (or until chicken is white
throughout).
