8 Bacon slices
1 1/3 cup Cake flour
1 One half tablespoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
2 One half teaspoon Baking powder
1 Egg
Three fourths cup Milk
1 tablespoon Bacon fat
Saute bacon til crisp, and chop fine. Sift flour, sugar, salt and baking
powder together. Add the bacon. Combine the egg, milk and bacon fat, and
blend into the first mixture. Pour into buttered muffin tins, onethird
