Recipe - Creole Vegetable Jambalaya

1 cup Wax beans cooked
1 tablespoon Chopped onion
One half Green pepper chopped
3 tablespoon Cooking oil
1 One half tablespoon Flour
1 One half cup Tomato juice
One fourth teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
Cook onion and green pepper in oil until onion is yellow. Blend in flour,
add tomato juice gradually and cook for 5 minutes. Add salt, pepper and
beans. Heat thoroughly.
