Ingredients:
Creole Steak Strips recipe makes 6 Servings
2 Frying chickens; cut in
pieces
3 cn Tomato sauce
2 Onions; chopped
Salt; pepper & paprika to
taste
One half small Green pepper; chopped
1 Clove garlic; chopped
One half Rib celery; chopped
Season chicken with salt, pepper and paprika. Fry until light brown. Pour
other ingredients over chicken. Steam on slow bumer until well cooked.
Serve over rice.
