Recipe - Creole Seafood Seasoning

1/3 cup Plus 1 tsp salt
2 tablespoon Oregano
One fourth cup Granulated sugar
One fourth cup Black pepper
1/3 cup Cayenne pepper
2 tablespoon Thyme
1/3 cup Plus 1 tbls paprika
3 tablespoon Granulated onion
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Makes 2 cups of seasoning, which can
be stored indefinitely in a covered glass jar in the refrigerator.
