Recipe - Creole Pecans

1 pound Top round steak 1" thick
1 teaspoon Paprika
2 Garlic cloves crushed
One half teaspoon White pepper ground
1 teaspoon Thyme dried
One half teaspoon Black papper
Preparation time: 30 minutes Combine garlic, thyme, paprika and peppers
and press evenly into both sides of the steak Place steak on grid over
medium coals. Grill steak 12 to14 minutes for rare (140 degrees F.) to
medium (160 degrees F.), turning once. Season with salt, if desired. Carve
steak diagonally into thin slices. Serving suggestions: Steamed vegetable
medley (asparagus, baby carrots, zucchini, uyellow squash and radishes)
