10 One half ounce Sour Cream
1 One half teaspoon Granulated Garlic
8 ounce Heavy Cream
One half teaspoon Tabasco Sauce
1 pn Cayenne Pepper
1/8 cup Chopped Parsley
Three fourths teaspoon Oregano
Three fourths teaspoon Fine Chopped Rosemary
One fourth teaspoon Crushed Tarragon
One fourth teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon White Pepper
2 teaspoon Cajun Seasoning**** (Cajun
Spie can be found in most
supermarkets as Blackened
Redfish Seasoning)
Three fourths teaspoon Thyme
8 ounce Milk
Mix together all ingredients. Slowly stir in the milk to make creamy. Stir
well and lest set overnight for best results.
