Ingredients:
Creole Gumbo Pot recipe makes 30 Servings
3 pound Pork butt
One half pound Onion
2 Habanero chiles; minced
One half teaspoon Minced garlic
One fourth teaspoon Dried thyme
1 teaspoon Chopped fresh parsley
1 Bay leaf (vein removed);
chopped fine
One half teaspoon Paprika
1 teaspoon Ground black pepper
One half teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoon Red wine vinegar
Grind 1/4" platemixstuff in sheep casings6" linkshang 1 hour.
