Recipe - Creole Fish Soup

1 cup Chopped onion
2 tablespoon Butter
Three fourths cup Catsup
1 tablespoon Worchestershire sauce
1 pack (16oz) frankfurters; cut or sliced up
1/3 cup Green peppers
1 cup Beef broth
3 cup Cooked brown rice
Saute onions and peppers in butter until tender. Stir in broth, catsup and
Worcestershire sauce. Heat. Add franks and rice. Turn into a greased,
shallow 2quart casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
