Recipe - Creole Fish Fillets

1 pound Red snapper,boned/shredded
1 cup Minced onion
1 cup Cooked strained tomatoes
1 Bay leaf
Cayenne pepper
2 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 pound Shelled shrimp, minced
1 cup Diced potatoes
1 tablespoon Butter or margarine
Salt
6 cup Water
1. Combine all ingredients except lemon juice in large saucepan.
2. Simmer 40 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
3. Add lemon juice; stir and serve.
