Recipe - Creole Brunch Eggs

1 pound Ground beef
One half cup Chopped onion
1 cn (10.75oz) chicken gumbo
soup
2 tablespoon Catsup
2 tablespoon Prepared mustard
One fourth teaspoon Black pepper
Hamburger buns
Brown ground beef & onions in skillet, stirring to separate. Stir in soup,
catsup, mustard & pepper. Simmer about 5 minutes. Serve on toasted,
buttered buns. This with a green salad makes a good & quick meal.
